As a brief introduction to water science, one must realize that until now there has been no evidence in traditional science for different states of "liquid" water. Therefore, the following discovery can be considered sensational.
Water exists in different states. Dr. Elmar Fuchs has attracted great attention in the world of physics with his publication on the fascinating water phenomenon, namely the floating water bridge.
The water bridge is a phenomenon that was discovered by William Armstrong in 1893 and has been forgotten until recently. In this demonstration, two glasses of distilled water are placed under tension, which forms a liquid bridge between the two glasses. Dr. Elmar Fuchs moved from TU Graz to the Netherlands, where he is now scientific project manager and researcher at Wetsus - Center of Excellence for Sustainable Water Technology. With the help of the most modern technology and perfect optical measuring instruments, he can continue his research on the water bridge phenomenon.
With success, as we can see through high-speed cameras and femtosecond lasers, it was established that water forms additional structures in addition to the already known "loose" and "solid" compounds (suitable for liquid water and ice). With this, they have entered the "no man's land" between "loose" and "fixed" and expanded the classic knowledge of water.
Dynamic states of water, water in its liquid state does not form fixed structures - in fact, the connections in the water change incredibly quickly - within five to ten seconds. The research at Wetsus has shown that these dynamic changes change significantly if a strong electric field is placed near water. This is also very relevant to biology, since similar and even stronger fields occur in living cells. In fact, a further study carried out by Wetsus in collaboration with NASA has shown that bacteria transported via the water bridge show a more active behavior than the control group or those who did not pass through the bridge.

The fact that water has the ability to assume different states corresponds to the ideas and concept of Johann Grander, who discovered over 30 years ago, that water can be changed through treatment with his natural magnetic motors to have a very high internal order (structure). However, we know that there will always be discoveries that challenge today's physical laws, and that water research has by no means reached its peak.
